These cartridges are built with surgical-grade, EO gas-sterilized needles and are designed exclusively for the Dr. Pen A6S microneedling device. Available in 8 configurations — from fine 11-Pin tips to wide-coverage 42-Pin and surface-targeting Nano options — so you can customize every session to your skin's needs.

All cartridge types feature ultra-fine 0.18 mm needles to minimize discomfort and skin trauma. Each cartridge is individually packaged, clearly labeled with manufacturing date and expiry, and intended for single use only.

The updated 3L bayonet locking system ensures a firm, rattle-free fit on the A6S device. It prevents slipping or accidental detachment during treatment and makes cartridge swaps fast, safe, and tool-free.

EO Gas Sterilized & Single-Use
Every cartridge arrives pre-sterilized via ethylene oxide (EO) gas and is ready to use straight out of the packaging. Do not attempt to re-sterilize or reuse cartridges. To prevent cross-contamination, always use a fresh cartridge for each session and never share cartridges between users.

How to Choose Your Cartridge

11, 16 & 24 Pin — Best for fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation, and for supporting collagen stimulation across smaller facial zones. Numbing cream is optional and depends on needle depth, skin sensitivity, and whether use is professional or at-home.

36 & 42 Pin — Designed for larger body areas. Ideal for improving skin texture, reducing the visible appearance of stretch marks, and minimizing large pores. Numbing cream may be used based on treatment depth and personal preference.

Nano-R, Nano-S — Targets the epidermis only. Well-suited for BB Glow treatments, improving skin tone, softening fine surface lines, and enhancing serum absorption. The square-tip Nano is especially useful for hard-to-reach areas such as around the nose and under the brows. Nano cartridges are gentle enough for frequent home use and generally do not require numbing cream.

How to use

⚠  Important:These cartridges are pre-sterilized and intended for single use only. Do not re-sterilize, clean, or reuse needle cartridges. Reuse may cause infection or skin injury.

  1. Wash your hands and put on disposable gloves before handling the cartridge.
  2. Remove the cartridge from its individual sterile packaging immediately before use.
  3. Attach the cartridge to the Dr. Pen A6S by aligning the 3L bayonet connector and rotating until it locks securely.
  4. Apply numbing cream to clean, dry skin if needed and wait for it to take effect before beginning.
  5. Set your desired needle depth and speed on the device, then begin treatment using gentle, overlapping passes.
  6. After the session, carefully detach the used cartridge and dispose of it immediately in a sharps container or sealed puncture-resistant bag. Do not recap or reuse.
  7. Follow your post-treatment skincare routine: apply a hydrating serum or repair mask to freshly cleansed skin.

Skin Preparation & Aftercare

Cleanse and dry the treatment area thoroughly before starting. After each session, avoid prolonged sun exposure and apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen. Avoid swimming or submerging treated skin for at least 24 hours post-treatment to support optimal recovery.

  • You have open wounds, broken skin, or active acne in the treatment area.
  • You are pregnant or nursing.
  • You have a skin infection, eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea in the treatment area.
  • Discontinue use immediately if unusual irritation, swelling, or pain occurs and consult a healthcare provider.
